Cooked rice noodles: Rice noodles with minced beef, sour cabbage and egg

Material:

Minced beef 200 g, spring onion/leeks 30 g, cooking oil,  eggs, dry rice noodle,  light soy sauce, black soy sauce, sour cabbage 50 g, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/4 tea spoon of MG

Method:  
  1. Cut the spring onion/leeks into small bits. Cut the sour cabbage into small pieces.
  2. Warm 2 soup spoons of cooking oil in a pan. Put the minced beef, spring onion/leeks, salt and MG in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 3.5 minutes. Take the food out from the pan.
  3. Fry the eggs with some cooking oil in the pan.
  4. Cook some water in a pan. After the water has boiled, put the dry rice noodles in the pan. Cook with moderate oven until the rice noodles become soft.
  5. Put some warm water in a bowl. Put some of the cooked rice noodles in the bowl. Put a little light soy sauce and black soy sauce in the bowl. Mix the food in the bow.
  6. Put some of the minced beef of step 2, 1 fired egg and some sour cabbage of step 1 in the bowl.
