Tofu fried with spring onion

Material:

White tofu 150 g, 2 soup spoons of chili powder, spring onion 50 g, 1 tea spoon of sugar, 1 tea spoon of rice wine, 1 soup spoon of oyster sauce, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method: 
  1. Cut the tofu into small chunks. Cut the spring onion into segments.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the chili powder in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven untill the chili smells well.
  3. Put the tofu chunks, rice wine, oyster sauce and sugar in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes.
  4. Put the spring onion in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes.
