Tofu and braised chickpeas

Material:

White tofu 150 g, chickpeas 100 g, 1 soup spoon of rice flour, 3 soup spoons of sugar, 1.5 soup spoon of oyster sauce, 1/5 tea spoon of MG, water 100 ml, cooking oil

Method: 
  1. Cut the tofu into pieces size about 5*5*0.5 cm. Mix the rice flour and water.
  2. Fill 1/5 of a pan with cooking oil. Warm the oil to about 60% cooked. Put the tofu pieces in the pan. Put 1.5 soup spoon of sugar evenly on the tofu. Fry with moderate oven until the buttoms of the tofu pieces become golden. 
  3. Turn the tofu pieces over. Put 1.5 soup spoon of sugar evenly on the tofu. Fry with moderate oven until the buttoms of the tofu pieces become golden. Take the tofu pieces out from the pan. Let about 50 ml of cooking oil left in the pan.
  4. Put the chickpeas, MG and oyester sauce in the pan. Put the sauce of step 1 in the pan. Cook with quick oven.
  5. After the sauce has boiled, switch to moderate oven. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour the sauce and chickpeas on the tofu pieces.
