Sweet potato with candied strings

Material:

Sweet potato 200 g, 4 soup spoons of sugar, cooking oil

Method: 
  1. Cut the sweet potato into small chunks.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the sweet potato chunks in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven untill the potato chunks become soft. Take the sweet potato chunks out from the pan.
  3. Put the sugar in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately slow oven untill the sugar become liquid.
  4. Put the sweet potato chunks in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately slow oven untill the sweet potato chunks are evenly covered by the sugar liquid.
