Steamed kiwi-rice cake

Sticky rice flour, Kiwi flesh 200 g, butter, 6 soup spoons of sugar, 3 soup spoons of white sesame seeds

  1. Make the Kiwi flesh into puree. Mix 150 ml of sticky rice flour, 6 soup spoons of sugar and the Kiwi puree. Knead the dough until it becomes glossy. If the dough is too wet, add more sticky rice flour.
  2. Make the dough into a flat piece about 2 cm thick.
  3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly on the top of the white dough piece.
  4. Smear a thin layer butter on the bottom of a plate. Put the dough piece in the plate
  5. Put the plate in a steamer. Steam with quick oven. After the water in the steamer already boiled, switch to moderately slow oven. Steam for 30 minutes.
