Rice noodles fried with pork, onion and spring onion

Material:

Pork 150 g, dry rice noodle 150 g, onion 100 g, spring onion/leek 30 g, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 soup spoon of black soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 2 tea spoons of sugar, 1 tea spoon of rice flour, water

Method:  
  1. Cut the pork into pieces. Cut the spring onion/leek into small bits. Mix the pork and rice flour. Put the rice noodles in some water. Wait for 30 mintues.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the pork in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 2 minutes.
  3. Put the onion in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 2 minutes. Take the pork and onion out from the pan.
  4. Take the rice noodles from the water. Put the rice noodles and 100 ml of water in the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven until the water is almost dry.
  5. Put the pork, onion, light soy sauce, salt, black soy sauce, MG, sugar and spring onion/leek in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 1 - 1.5 minute.
