Pork fried with coriander, chili and egg

Material:

Pork 150 g, coriander 50 g, red chili 20 g, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 egg, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 1 tea spoon of sugar, 1/3 tea spoon of salt

Method: 
  1. Cut the pork into slices. Cut the  red chili into pieces. Cut the coriander into segments. Mix the pork and egg.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Take the pork slices out from the egg mixture. Put the pork slices in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven until the egg on both sides of the slices set. Switch to moderately quick oven. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Put the red chili in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes.
  4. Put the rest of the egg mixture of step 1 in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for a half of minute.
  5. Put the coriander, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and MG in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 1 minute.
