Golden Bun with sesame seed filling


Wheat flour 100 ml, corn flour 100 ml, 1 tea spoon of yeast, sesame seeds 200 g, sugar, 4 soup spoons of butter, water 100 ml

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water. 
  2. Mix the water with the wheat flour and corn flour.
  3. Knead the dough untill it becomes glossy but not sticky. If it is sticky, add some corn flour. Put the dough in a place with air temperature about 25 ℃. Wait for 2 hrs.
  4. Fry the sesame seeds with moderately slow oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Put the butter in the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes with moderately slow oven.
  6. Divide the dough into some small dough parts. Make each dough part into round and flat wrapper. Wait for about 15 minutes.
  7. Put a little sugar and some of the mixture of step 5 on the wrapper. Wrapp the edge of the wrapper anti-clockwise. 
  8. Repeat the step 7 untill all the wrappers are used.
  9. Put the Buns in a steamer. Wait for 10 minutes. Steam with quick oven. After the water in the steamer has boiled, switch to moderately slow oven. Steam for 15 minutes.
