Fried sweet potato slices


Sweet potato, cooking oil, salt

  1. Cut the sweet potato into slices.
  2. Warm a little of cooking oil in a pan. Put the potato slices in the pan. Fry with slow oven until the slices become soft and both sides of them become a little brown. Put a little of salt on both sides of each slice when frying.
