Fried pork, pea, chili and egg

Material:

Peas 100 g, pork 150 g, 2 red chilies, 2 eggs, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of light soy sauce, 1/3 tea spoon of garlic powder, 1/3 tea spoon of ginger powder, 1 tea spoon of rice flour, cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the pork into slices about 3 mm thick. Cut the chilies into pieces. Mix the pork slices, soy sauce and rice flour. Wait for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs.
  2. Warm 2 soup spoons of the cooking oil in a pan. Put the egg mixture in the pan. Fry with moderately quick oven until the egg mixture becomes a cake, and both sides of the cake are a little brown. Divide the cake into small pieces with the turner. Move the egg pieces out from the pan.
  3. Put 1 soup spoon of cooking oil in the pan. Put the pork slices in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes.
  4. Put the peas, chili pieces, egg pieces, salt, garlic powder and ginger powder in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 2 minutes.
