Dumpling with green bean filling


Green beans 300 g, wheat flour 200 g, 1 tea spoon of yeast, 4 soup spoons of sugar, 4 soup spoons of butter, 2 soup spoons of sesame seeds, water

  1. Mix the wheat flour, yeast and some water. Knead the dough until it is glossy but not sticky. If it is too wet, add some wheat flour. Put the dough in temperature 25 ℃ for 2.5 hrs.
  2. Put the green beans in some water for 2 hrs. 
  3. Take the beans out from the water. Move away as much as possible the shells of the beans. Steam them with quick oven. After the water in the steamer has boiled, switch to moderately slow oven. Steam for 20 mintues.
  4. Make the green beans into puree. 
  5. Put the puree in a pan. Stir-fry with slow oven until the puree becomes dry. Mix the green bean powder, sesame seeds, the sugar and butter.
  6. Divide the dough into some smaller parts. 
  7. Make a dough part into a flat and round wrapper. Put some green bean paste on the wrapper. Wrap the edge of the wrapper anti-clockwise.
  8. Repeat step 7 until all the dough parts are used.
  9. Put the Buns in a steamer. Wait for 15 minutes.
  10. Steam the Buns with quick oven. After the water in the steamer has boiled, steam for 9 minutes.
