Chinese bean cake


Sticky rice flour 400 ml, bean paste 200 g, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, cooking oil

  1. Mix the sticky rice flour with some water. Mix the bean paste with the salt.
  2. Take some dough and bean paste. Pack the bean paste with the dough. Press the dough with palm into a cake.
  3. Repeat step 2 until all the dough is used up.
  4. Fill 1/3 part of a pan with cooking oil. Warm the cooking oil to about 60% cooked. Put the cakes in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven until the cakes become golden.
  5. Take the cakes out from the pan. Let the oil drained from them as much as possible.
