Belly fried with black fungus


Belly 200 g, dry black fungus 5 g, 1 spring onion, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil

  1. Cut the belly into slices. Cut the spring onion into segments. Put the dry black fungus in some water for 15 minutes. Wash the black fungus carefully. Tear the black fungus into small pieces.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the belly slices in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes.
  3. Put the salt, black fungus and spring onion segments in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 5 minutes.
