Tofu braised with shii-takes and tomato sauce

Material:

Tofu 450 g, 2 dry shii-takes, green paprica 50 g, carrot 30 g, onion 50 g, sausage 50 g, 1 soup spoon of tomato sauce, 1/2 soup spoon of sugar, 1.5 soup spoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 tea spoon of salt, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 1/4 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1 soup spoon of rice flour, cooking oil, water

Method:
  1. Put the shii-takes into some water. Wait for 2 hrs. Clean them carefully.
  2. Cut the tofu into pieces. Cut the sausage, shii-takes, carrot, paprica and onion into small bits. Mix the rice flour and 50 ml of water.
  3. Put 8 soup spoons of cooking oil, the sugar and the tofu into the pan. Fry with moderate oven until the bottoms of the tofu pieces become a little brown. Turn the tofu pieces over. Fry with moderate oven until the bottoms of the tofu pieces become a little brown. Take the tofu pieces out from the pan.
  4. Discard the oil in the pan. Put the green paprica bits in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1.5 mintue. Take them out from the pan.
  5. Put the sausage, 1 tea spoon of cooking oil, shii-take, carrot and onion into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 2 minutes.
  6. Put 150 ml of water, the oyster sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt in the pan. Cook until the water boils.
  7. Put the tofu pieces in the pan. Cook with quick oven. After the sauce has boiled, switch to moderately slow oven. Cook for 3 minutes. Take the tofu pieces out from the pan.
  8. Put the sauce of step 2 and MG into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes.
  9. Pour the soup of step 8 on the tofu pieces. Sprinkle with the green paprica bits.
