Thin pork slice salad

Material:

Pork 220 g, garlic 10 g, coriander 5 g, ginger 15 g, 1 soup spoon of chili powder, 1 soup spoon of sesame oil, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 3 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 soup spoon of rice wine (not necessary), 3 - 5 pepper balls, 2 star anises, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method: 
  1. Cut the coriander and garlic into small bits.
  2. Put the pork, ginger, star anises, rice wine and some water in pan. The water should cover the meat. Cook with quick oven. After the water has boiled, switch to moderate oven. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Take the meat out from the water. Cut the meat into thin slices.
  4. Mix the meat slices, sesame oil, light soy sauce, vinegar and MG. Wait for 20 minutes.
  5. Put the chili powder, pepper balls, garlic bits and cooking oil in a pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the chili and pepper balls smell well.   
  6. Pour the chili mixture of step 5 on the meat slices. Mix the food well. Sprinkle with the coriander bits.
