Steamed buns with filling of yolk and milk


Wheat flour 200 ml, 1 tea spoon of yeast, 4 eggs, milk, sugar

  1. Cook the eggs. Mix the cooked yolk, 10 soup spoons of milk, 1 soup spoon of sugar and 1/3 tea spoon of salt. Frozen the milk mixture in a refrigerator.
  2. Mix the flour, yeast and some milk. Warm your bake oven to about 40 ℃. Switch off the oven. Put the mixture into the oven and wait for about 2 hrs.
  3. Knead the dough with 1 soup spoon of sugar. If it is sticky, add some dry flour. Knead it until it is glossy but not sticky.
  4. Divide the dough into smaller parts.
  5. Make a dough part into a flat and round wrapper with rolling pin. Put some of the frozen milk mixture on the wrapper. Gather the edge of the wrapper anticlockwise. Put the Bun in a steamer.
  6. Repeat step 5 until all the dough parts are used.
  7. Wait for 15 minutes.
  8. Steam with quick oven. After the water in the steamer has boiled, steam with moderately slow oven for 15 minutes.
