Simply fried aubergine and scallion

Material:

Aubergine 300 g, garlic 10 g, scallion 60 g, 1 soup spoon of salt, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, water

Method: 
  1. Cut the aubergine into sticks. Mix the aubergine sticks, salt and a half litre of water. Cut the scallion into segments. Cut the garlic into small bits.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Take the aubergine out from the water. Put them, the garlic bits and scallion into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for 3 minutes.
