Rice cooked with meat and vegetables: rice, bacon, sausage, bamboo, shii-take and asparagus


Bacon 200 g, Thai fragrant rice 350 g, sausage 120 g, bamboo strings 50 g, young asparagus 50 g, 3 dry shii-takes, 4 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1/4 soup spoon of salt, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil

  1. Put the shii-takes in some cold water. Wait for 2 hrs. Wash the shii-takes carefully. Cut the shii-takes into strings. Cut the sausages into slices. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Cut the asparagus into segments.
  2. Put the bacon in a pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes. Take the bacons out from the pan.
  3. Put the bamboo strings, shii-take strings, sausage slices, asparagus segments, 1 soup spoon of cooking oil, the salt and MG in the pan, Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes. 
  4. Wash the rice. Smear the rice-cooker with 1 soup spoon of cooking oil. Put the rice and bacon in the rice cooker. Mix them well. Put some water in the rice-cooker. The water should be about 1 cm higher than the rice. Cook the rice.
  5. After the rice is cooked over. Cover the rice with the food mixture of step 3. Shut the lid of the rice cooker. Wait for 10 minutes.
