Rice companion: fried bacon, sweet potato, sausage, broccoli and cabbage

Material:

Bacon 80 g, Thai fragrant rice 150 ml, carrot 90 g, cabbage 90 g, 2 sausages, broccoli flower 90 g, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper, 3 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method: 
  1. Cook the rice with a rice cooker. The water should be about 1 cm higher than the rice before cooking.
  2. Cut the bacon, cabbage and broccoli flower into smaller pieces. Cut the sausages and carrot into slices. 
  3. Put the bacon pieces in a pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes. 
  4. Put the cooking oil, sausage, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 7 minutes.
  5. Take some rice and some of the mixture of step 4. Mix them before eating.
