Pork braised with pear and tomato sauce

Material:

Pears 450 g, minced pork 220 g, green paprica 50 g, 1 egg, 1 soup spoon of wheat flour, 2 soup spoons of tomato sauce, 1/4 soup spoon of sugar, 2 soup spoons of oyster sauce, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, garlic powder, ginger powder, rice flour, cooking oil, water

Method:
  1. Cut the pears into chunks. Cut the paprica into pieces. Mix 1 soup spoon of rice flour, the yolk and 50 ml of water. Mix the egg white, 1 soup spoon of rice flour, 1 soup spoon of wheat flour, 1/4 tea spoonn of ginger, 1/4 tea spoon of garlic and the minced pork.
  2. Make the pork mixture into small balls.
  3. Fill 1/3 part of a pan with cooking oil. Warm the cooking oil to about 60% cooked. Put the pork balls in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the balls become a little brown. Take the balls out from the pan.
  4. Warm 1 tea spoon of cooking oil in another pan. Put the green paprica, 1/4 tea spoon of garlic powder and 1/4 tea spoon of ginger powder in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 mintue. Take the green paprica out from the pan.
  5. Put 150 ml of water, the oyster sauce, sugar, tomato sauce and MG in the pan. Cook until the water boils.
  6. Put the meat balls in the pan. Cook with quick oven. After the sauce has boiled, switch to moderately slow oven. Cook for 4 minutes.
  7. Put the pear chunks in the pan. Cook for 1 minute with moderately slow oven.
  8. Put the sauce of step 1 and the green paprica pieces in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
