Pork and cucumber fried with vinegar

Material:

Pork 150 g, cucumber 200 g, 1 - 2 dry chili, garlic 1 piece, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of vinegar, 1/2 soup spoon of sugar, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 1.5 tea spoon of rice flour, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil, water

Method: 
  1. Cut the pork and cucumber into slices. Cut the chili into small pieces. Cut the garlic into small bits. Mix the pork, light soy sauce and 1/2 tea spoon of rice flour. Mix the water and 1 tea spoon of rice flour. Wait for a half hour.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the dry chili and garlic in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the chili smells well.
  3. Put the pork in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes. Take the pork out from the pan.
  4. Put the cucumber in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
  5. Put the pork, salt, MG, vinegar and sugar in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 30 seconds. 
  6. Pour the sauce of step 1 slowly into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for 40 seconds.
