Double cooked pork slices

Material:

Pork 300 g, ginger 10 g, 1/2 spring onions, cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of rice flour, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/3 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1 soup spoon of sugar, 2 soup spoons of rice wine, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, water 50 ml, cucumber

Method:
  1. Cut the pork into slices. Cut the ginger and spring onion into small bits. Mix the ginger, spring onion, 1/4 tea spoon of pepper powder,  1 soup spoon of rice wine and pork. Wait for 20 minutes.
  2. Warm 5 soup spoon of cooking oil. Put the pork mixture in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes. Take the pork out from the pan.
  3. Put 2 soup spoons of cooking oil in the pan. When the oil is 70% cooked, put the pork in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the pork slices become golden. Take the pork slices out from the pan.
  4. Mix 1/4 tea spoon of pepper powder, the sugar, salt, vinegar, 1 soup spoon of rice wine, MG, rice flour and water.
  5. Put the sauce of step 4 in a clean pan. Cook with moderately quick oven. When the sauce boils, put 1 soup spoon of cooking oil in the pan. Stir the oil and sauce several times.
  6. Pour the sauce and oil over the pork slices.
  7. Collocate with cucumber.
