Crystal pears and pork

Material:

Pears 350 g, pork 160 g, green paprica 50 g, tomato 50 g, 1 egg, 1 tea spoon of sugar, 1/4 tea spoon of salt, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder, rice flour, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the pork into slices. Cut the paprica and tomato into pieces. Make juice with 100 g of pear. Cut the rest of the pears into small chunks. Mix the pear juice, sugar, salt, pepper, 1 soup spoon of rice flour and 80 ml of water. 
  2. Mix the pork, 1 tea spoon of rice flour and egg white.
  3. Warm the cooking oil to 70% cooked in a pan. Put the pork into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 mintues. Take the pork out from the pan.
  4. Warm 2 soup spoons of cooking oil in another pan. Put the paprica in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
  5. Put the pear and tomato in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 mintue. 
  6. Put the pork into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
  7. Move the food from the pan to a plate/bowl.
  8. Cook the sauce of step 1 with a pan with quick oven. When the sauce become thick and transparent, pour it over the food of step 7.
