Corn seeds fried with minced pork

Material:

Minced pork 220 g, fresh corn seeds 280 g (if you use corn seed can, let the can water drained as much as possible from the corn seeds before putting them in the pan), 3/4 tea spoon of salt, 1/5 tea spoon of MG,  5 soup spoons of cooking oil, scallion 15 g

Method:
  1. Cut the scallion into small pieces.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the minced pork in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the corn seeds in the pan. Stir-fry with moderatey quick oven for 2 minutes.
  4. Put the scallion, MG and salt in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
