Tree ear salad recipe 1


Dry tree ears 10 g, red paprica 15 g, broccoli 30 g, ginger 5 g, garlic 5 g, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 1/2 tea spoon of sesame oil

  1. Put the dry tree ears in some cold water. Wait for 15 minutes. Wash carefully and tear them into smaller pieces.
  2. Cut the ginger and garlic into small bits. Cut the red paprica into strings. Cook the tree ears and broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Take them out from the water.
  3. Mix the tree ears, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, red paprica, broccoli, salt, soy sauce and vinegar.
