Sweet potato balls


Sweet potatoes 200 g, 3 soup spoons of sugar, 12 soup spoons of wheat flour, yoghurt 100 ml, mellis, cooking oil

  1. Freeze the yoghurt in a refrigerator for several hrs. Peel the sweet potatoes.
  2. Steam the sweet potatoes with quick oven for 20 mintues after the water in the steamer has boiled.
  3. Make the sweet potatoes into puree. 
  4. Mix the puree, sugar and flour. Wait until the puree becomes cold.
  5. Make a puree ball with some yoghurt inside it. 
  6. Repeat the step 4 until all puree is used up.
  7. Fill 1/3 part of a milk pan with cooking oil.
  8. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the sweet potato balls with moderately quick oven until the surfaces of the balls become golden and some dry.
  9. Take the balls out from the pan. Sprinkle the balls with some mellis.
