Sweet broad peas and microwave oven baked salmon

Material:

Salmon meat 300 g, sweet broad pea 150 g, 2 soup spoons of white sesame seeds, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil, garlic 3 pieces, ginger 10 g, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of light soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of black soy sauce, 2 tea spoons of rice flour, water 50 ml

Method:
  1. Cut the ginger and garlic into small bits. Tear away the hard strings on the edges of the sweet broad peas. Mix the rice flour, 2/3 tea spoon of salt, light soy sauce, black soy sauce and water. 
  2. Stir-fry the sesame seeds with quick oven for 1 minute. Move the sesame seeds out from the pan.
  3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the ginger, garlic, 1/3 tea spoon of salt and sweet broad peas in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 5 mintues.
  4. Move the food in the pan to a plate.
  5. Bake the salmon meat with high fire for 3 minutes. 
  6. Cook the sauce of step 1 with quick oven while you bake the salmon. After the sauce has boiled, switch to slow oven. Stir and cook the sauce for 1 minute.
  7. Put the salmon meat on the sweet broad peas.
  8. Pour the sauce of step 5 on the salmon meat.
  9. Sprinkle the food with the white sesame seeds.
