Sour and sweet cabbage


Cabbage 100 g, ginger 5 g, 1 -3 dry chilis, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1 soup spoon of sugar, 1 soup spoon of vinegar

  1.  Tear the cabbage into smaller pieces. Cut the ginger into slices. Cut the chilis into segments.
  2. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the ginger and chili with moderately quick oven until the chilis smell well.
  3. Put the cabbage into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes.
  4. Put the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar into the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes with moderately quick oven.
