Rice fried with minced pork, peas and corn seeds

Material:

2 bowls of cold rice, minced pork 150 g, peas 50 g, corn seeds 140 g, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of black soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of rice flour, cooking oil

Method:
  1. Mix the minced pork, rice flour and 1 tea spoon of cooking oil.
  2. Warm 3 soup spoons of cooking oil in a pan. Put the minced pork in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven until the pork is no longer pink.
  3. Put the peas and corn seeds into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 3 minutes. Switch off the oven.
  4. Put the rice into the pan. Loosen the rice blocks with the turner. 
  5. Put the soy sauce and salt into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 mintues.
