Pork fried with waternuts and asparagus

Material:

Pork 150 g, asparagus 150 g, waternut 100 g, red paprica 30 g, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of rice flour, dry chili 3 - 6 g

Method:
  1. Cut the paprica into chunks. Cut the water nut into slices. Cut the younger part of the asparagus into segments. Throw the older part of the asparagus. Cut the chilis into segments. Cut the pork into thin slices. Mix the pork slices with the rice flour.

  3. Put the paprica, asparagus and waternut in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 4 minutes.
  4. Put the pork, chilis, salt and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately oven for 1 minute.
