Pork fried with tree ears

Material:

Pork 100 g, dry tree ears 15 g, scallion 30 g, red paprica 30 g, garlic 3 pieces, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1/4 tea spoon of salt, 2 soup spoons of oyster sauce, 2 tea spoons of rice flour, water 100 ml

Method:
  1. Cut the paprica into chunks. Cut the scallion into segments. Cut the pork into thin slices. Cut the garlic into small bits. Mix the water with the rice flour.
  2. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the pork and garlic into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the pork is no longer pink. Take the pork out from the pan.
  3. Put the paprica, tree ears, oyster sauce and salt in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes. 
  4. Put the pork and scallion into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the sauce of step 1 into the pan. After the sauce has boiled, cook for 1/2 minute with moderately quick oven.
