Onion fried with pork and paprica

Material:

Onion 170 g, Pork 160 g, green paprica 110 g, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil, 2 soup spoons of oyster sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of black soy sauce, 21 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of water, 1 soup spoon of rice wine (not necessary), 1/2 tea spoon of rice flour, 1 tea spoon of white sesame seeds

Method:
  1. Cut the pork into slices. Cut the onion and green paprica into pieces.
  2. Mix the pork, rice flour and black soy sauce. Wait for 15 mintues.
  3. Warm the cooking oil in the pan. Put the pork into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 mintues. Take the pork out from the pan.
  4. Put the onion, paprica, oyster sauce, water, light soy sauce and rice wine in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 mintues.
  5. Put the pork and sesame seeds into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
