Fried potato slices and pork

Material:

Potato 150 g, pork 100 g, 1/2 yellow paprica, garlic 4 pieces, ginger 10 g, 1 spring onion, 1.5 tea spoon of salt, 1/5 tea spoon of MG, 6 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic and ginger into slices. Cut the paprica into pieces. Cut the spring onion stem into segments. Cut the spring onion leaves into small bits. Cut the pork into slices. Cut the potato into slices. Put the potato slices into cold water.
  2. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the pork slices, spring stem, garlic and ginger with quick oven for about 3 mintues. Take the pork and ingredients out from the pan.
  3. Put the potato slices into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until both sides of the slices become golden and transparent. 
  4. Put the paprica into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 2 mintues.
  5. Put the pork, garlic, ginger, spring onion stems, paprica and MG into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 1 minute.
  6. Move the food from the pan into a plate or bowl. Sprinkle the food with the spring onion bits.
