Delicious Chinese egg rolls


4 eggs, 4-6 soup spoons of sugar, 4 soup spoons of wheat flour, 1 soup spoon of sesame seeds, cooking oil/button

  1. Mix the eggs, flour and sesame seeds well.
  2. Warm a little of cooking oil/button in a pan. Put about 15 ml of the egg mixture in the pan. Sway the pan lightly to make the egg mixture to be a thin lay on the pan bottom. When the bottom of the egg mixture is dry, turn the egg mixture over. Fry with slow oven until both sides of the egg cake are golden.
  3. Take the egg cake out from the pan. Roll it with two chopsticks.
  4. Repeat the step 2 and 3.
