Cucumber and pork fried with soy bean paste

Material:

Pork 100 g, cucumber 200 g, ginger 5 g, garlic 5 g, 2 soup spoons of peanuts, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 2 soup spoons of soy bean paste (or spicy soy bean paste), 1/4 tea spoon of MG 

Method:
  1. Cut the cucumber into sticks. Cut the ginger and garlic into strings. Cut the pork into slices.
  2. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the peanuts in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for about 1 minute. Take the peanuts out from the pan.
  3. Put the garlic and ginger into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1/2 minute.
  4. Put pork sliecs into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes. Take the pork out from the pan.
  5. Put the cucumber into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 mintues. Take the cucumber out from the pan.
  6. Put the soy bean paste into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 1.5 minute.
  7. Put the MG, pork, cucumber and peanuts into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1/2 minute.
