Cooked potatoes and pork


Potatoes 300 g, pork 200 g, garlic 3 pieces, ginger 10 g, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of rice wine, water

  1. Cut potatoes into small chunks.
  2. Stir the garlic, ginger, and the pork in a pan with moderate oven until the pork chunks become a little brown.
