Broccoli fried with sea food

Material:

Broccoli flower 350 g, sea food mixture 150 g, garlic 2 pieces, ginger 5 g, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil, water

Method:
  1. Cut the ginger into slices. Cut the garlic into chunks.
  2. Put 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, the garlic, ginger and broccoli flowers in a pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the oil is dry.
  3. Put 40 ml of cold water in the pan. Cook with moderately quick oven. When the water is almost dry, put 1/4 tea spoon of salt in the pan. Stir-fry until the water is dry. Move the broccoli, ginger and garlic to a plate. 
  4. Warm 3 soup spoons of cooking oil in the pan.  Put the sea food mixture in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 mintues.
  5. Put 40 ml of water and 1/4 tea spoon of salt in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes after the water has boiled.
  6. Pour the sea food and sauce in the pan on the broccoli.
