Bacon stir-fried with aubergine

Material:

Bacon 120 g, aubergine 250g, red chili 10 - 40 g, 2 soup spoons of salt, 1 liter of water

Method:
  1. Cut the aubergine into sticks. Mix the salt and water. Put the aubergine into the water. Stir the aubergine to ensure all the aubergine sticks are completely wet. Cut the red chili into small pieces. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  2. Put the bacon in a pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 3 minutes. Switch to moderately slow oven and stir-fry (for about 10 minutes) until the becon pieces become some brown and dry. Take the bacon pieces out from the pan.
  3. Put the red chili pieces in the pan. Stir-fry with moderatey quick oven for 2 minutes. Switch off the oven.
  4. Take the aubergine from the water. Put the aubergine in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 6 mintues.
  5. Sprinkle the aubergine mixture with the bacon pieces.
