Vermicelli salad with multi flavors

Material:

Dry vermicellis 60 g, garlic 3 pieces, ginger 5 g, spring onion 5 g, red chili 5 g, pepper balls 5 g, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of black soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/2 tea spoon of sesame oil, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 1/2 soup spoon of vinegar, 1 soup spoon of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic, ginger, spring onion and red chili into small bits.
  2. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the garlic, pepper balls, red chili and ginger in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 3 minutes. 
  3. Cook some water. When the water boils, put the vermicellis into the pan. Cook until the vermicellis become transparent. Move the vermicellis into some cold water.
  4. Take the vermicellis out from the cold water. Mix them with the sesame oil, salt, MG, cooking oil, ginger, garlic, red chili, spring onion, light soy sauce, black soy sauce and vinegar.
