The soup of shitakes and pork slices

Material:

Pork 50 g, 4 shitakes, garlic 3 pieces, ginger 10 g, scallion 10 g, 1 soup spoon of cooking oil,  1/2 tea spoon of black soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of salt, water 520 ml, 1 tea spoon of rice flour

Method:
  1. Cut the pork into thin pieces (as thin as you can). Cut the shitakes into small pieces. Cut the garlic and ginger into slices. Cut the scallion into strings. Mix the rice flour and 20 ml of water.
  2. Mix the pork, soy sauce and 1/2 tea spoon of salt. Wait for 30 mintues.
  3. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the garlic, ginger and shitakes in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 4 minutes. 
  4. Put 500 ml of water in the pan. Cook with quick oven until the water boils and is almost covered with big bubbles.
  5. Divide the pork slices into three groups. Put the groups in the pan one by one. Depart the slices from each other if they stick together.
  6. Put the scallion into the pan. Pour the sauce of step 1 slowly along the pan edge into the pan . Cook with quick oven for 1 minute.
