Steamed salmon

Material:

Salmon meat 250 g, garlic 4 pieces g, ginger 20 g, scallion 30 g, 2.5 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of vinegar

Method:
  1. Cut 25 g of the scallion into segments. Cut the garlic into slices. Cut 15 g of the ginger into slices. Cut the rest of the scallion into strings. Cut the rest of the ginger into strings.
  2. Put the ginger slices, garlic slices and scallion segments into a plate. Put the salmon meat on the garlic, ginger and scallion.
  3. Put some water in a steamer. When the water boils, put the plate into the steam. Steam with quick oven for 5 mintues. Switch off the oven. 
  4. Mix the soy sauce and vinegar. 
  5. Take out the fish plate out from the steamer. Pour the sauce of step 4 on the salmon meat.
  6. Put the scallion and ginger strings on the salmon meat.
