Sausages and cucumber fried in Chinese style

Material:

2 sausages, cucumber 100 g, garlic 2 pieces, 1 soup spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of rice flour, water 70 ml, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic into chunks. Cut the cucumber into sticks. Cut the sausages into slices.
  2. Mix the rice flour, salt, oyster sauce and water. 
  3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the garlic into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven.
  4. Put the sausage slices into the pan. Stir-fyr with moderate oven until both sides of the slices become a little brown. Take the sausage slices out from the pan.
  5. Put the cucumber sticks into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 3 mintues. 
  6. Put the sausages slices into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 1/2 minute.
  7. Move the food from the pan to a bowl or plate.
  8. Cook the sauce of step 2. When it boils, pour it over the food of step 7.
