Riced fried with bacon, spring onion and soy sauce

Material:

2 bowls of cold rice, bacon 100 g, garlic 2 pieces, 1 spring onion, 2.5 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the spring onion and garlic into small bits. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  2. Warm up the cooking oil in a pan. Put the garlic and bacon into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 3 mintues. Switch to slow oven.
  3. Put the rice into the pan. Loosen the rice lumps with the turner.
  4. Put the soy sauce and spring onion into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 mintues.
