Paprica and potato fried with pork slices


Pork 100 g, potato 150 g, 1/2 yellow paprica, garlic 2 pieces, 1 spring onion, 1 soup spoon of oyster sauce, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 6 soup spoons of cooking oil

  1. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the pork into slice. Cut the spring onion stem into segments. Cut the spring onion leaves into small bits. Cut the potato into slices. Cut the paprica into pieces.
  2. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Stir-fry the pork, spring onion stem, garlic and ginger with quick oven for 3 mintues. Take the pork out from the pan.
  3. Put the potato and paprica into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 4 mintues. 
  4. Put the pork, oyster sauce, MG and salt into the pan. Stir-fry wih quick oven for 1 minute.
  5. Move the food from the pan to a plate or bowl. Sprinkle the food with the spring onion bits.
