Fried lotus root & black fungus - Chinese fried lotus root recipe

Dried Chinese black fungus 10 grams, celery 1 piece, 1 red chili pepper, dried lotus root 20 grams, garlic 1 piece, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of rice/potato flour, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, water 80 ml

1. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and cut them into strings. Put the lotus root into water. After 2 hrs, wash it and cut it into slices.
2. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the red chili pepper into pieces. Cut the celery into strings. Mix the rice/potato powder and water.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the garlic and chili pepper into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderatly quick oven.
4. Put the black fungus, lotus root and celery into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes with moderately quick oven.
5. Put the salt and sauce of step 2 into the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce becomes thick.
