Chinese fried spicy potato strings

Material:

Potato 200 g, 2 - 5 dry chilis, garlic 2 pieces, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of spicy femented soy bean paste,  4 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the chilis into segments. Cut the potatoes into strings. Wash the potato strings with water until the waste water is clean.
  2. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the garlic and chilis with moderately quick oven until the chilis smell well.
  3. Put the potato strings into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the potato strings become transparent.
  4. Put the salt, soy sauce and spicy fermented soy bean paste into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1 mintue.
