Chinese fried pork - Pork and apple with pepper salt taste

Material:

1 apple, 1/4 green paprica, 1 egg, pork 120 g, ginger 5 g, 9 soup spoons of cooking oil,  1 tea spoon of light soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of pepper powder, about 4 tea spoons of rice flour

Method:
  1. Cut the pork into thin pieces. Cut the apple into slices. Cut the green paprica into strings. Cut the ginger into small bits.
  2. Mix the pork, soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt and 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder. Wait for 30 mintues.
  3. Make paste with the egg white and rice flour. Mix the pork pieces with the paste.
  4. Warm 6 soup spoons of cooking oil in a milk pan. Put the pork pieces into the pan. Stir-fry with slow oven for 5 minutes. Take the pork out from the pan.
  5. Warm 3 soup spoons of cooking oil in another pan. Put the pork pieces in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes. Take the pork pieces out from the pan.
  6. Put the apple, ginger and green paprica into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes.
  7. Put the pork, 1/2 tea spoon of salt and 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 1 minute.
