Chinese fried pork and egg mixture

Material:

Pork 100 g, 1/2 yellow paprica, 1/2 red paprica, scallion 10 g, 1 cooked egg, garlic 4 pieces, ginger 5 g, 5 pepper balls, 1/3 tea spoon of sugar, 1/2 tea spoon of black soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of rice flour, 1 tea spoon of salt, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the pork, garlic and ginger into slices. Cut the paprica into pieces. Cut the scallion into strings. Cut the egg into chunks.
  2. Mix the pork, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, black soy sauce and rice flour. Wait for about a half hour.
  3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the peper balls, garlic, ginger and pork into the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes with moderate oven. Take the pork out from the pan.
  4. Put paprica into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 6 mintues.
  5. Put the pork and eggs into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 1 minute.
  6. Put the scallion strings, 1/2 tea spoon of salt and sugar into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven.
