Chicken meat fried in Hunan style

Material:

Chicken breast meat 120 g, garlic 2 pieces, ginger 15 g, dry chili 5 g, red chili 20 g, yellow paprica 50 g, 3 spring onions, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil,  1/2 tea spoon of black soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 3 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of rice flour, 1 tea spoon of rice wine (not necessary)

Method:
  1. Cut the chicken breast meat into pieces. Cut the paprica into small chunks. Cut the red chili into pieces. Cut dry chilis and the spring onions into segments. Cut the garlic and ginger into slices. 
  2. Mix the chicken meat, rice wine, salt, rice flour and black soy sauce. Wait for 30 minutes
  3. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the garlic, ginger, spring onion and dry chilis in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 2 minutes. Leave the cooking oil in the pan, and take the other material out from the pan.
  4. Put the chicken meat in the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for 2 mintues. Take the chicken meat out from the pan.
  5. Put the yellow paprica and red chili into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 3 mintues.
  6. Put the chicken meat, garlic, ginger, spring onion and chilis into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 3 mintues.
