Bacon fried with broccoli

Material:

Bacon 3 pieces, 1 broccoli (about 400 g), garlic 2 pieces, ginger 5 g, 2 dry chilis, 1 soup spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of black soy sauce, water 30 ml, 1 soup spoon of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic and ginger into small bits. Cut the chilis into segments. Cut the belly into smaller pieces about 2 cm wide. Take the flowers from the broccoli. Divide the flowers into two or three parts.
  2. Mix the becon and black soy sauce. Wait for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry the bacon pieces, chili segments, garlic and ginger with a pan until that the bacon pieces are well cooked. Take the bacon out from the pan.
  4. Put the broccoli, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and water into the pan. After the water boils, stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the water is dry.
  5. Put the cooking oil and bacon into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 60 seconds.
